Who can apply for the temporary pass?

Due to work, business, commercial affairs or need of visiting with one's spouse or lineal relatives , the foreigners or Hong Kong and Macaoresidents who have to temporarily enter the harbor area.

What are the service hours?

How to apply for the temporary pass?

Please bring a copy of the applicant's passport or Alien Resident Certificate. In addition, the Hong Kong and Macao residents have to be with a copy of the Exit & Entry Permit at the same time. And the applicant who is to visit with one's spouse or lineal relatives should also present the relative certificate.
